Cabriolet Nailer Strips |
| This narrow polished aluminum strip is found just above the rear window on all 356 B,C Cabriolets. Its purpose is to conceal the staples used to install the convertible top covering. Often it is missing or damaged, but it is a necessary part for a complete Cabriolet top restoration. Our part is a 100% accurate reproduction of the original part. |

Cabriolet Wood Bows |
| Cabriolets have wood bows as part of the top frame. The front one is located at the very front of the top. It is the part that meets the windshield frame. Due to age, water damage or abuse, this part can become warped, broken, or fit poorly. if a repair will not work we can supply you with a hardwood reproduction to help you restore your top to its original condition. There is another wood bow located above the rear plastic window. When replacing your top and or headliner it may be necessary to replace this original part because over time it warps, splits and separates at the joints. We have an accurate reproduction of this bow that fits all Cabriolets from 1960-1965. |

Top Padding Kits |
| All 356 Cabriolets have a layer of padding between the top and headliner wrapped in an envelope. We have a replacement for this original part that almost always needs replacing when you are replacing the top. It is made in an original design using burlap and German bowdrill with resilient Dacron fiberfill for padding. When ordering be sure to specify whether your car has a tan or silver/gray headliner so your top padding kit will have the matching trim. |
